What will the future of work look like in 2022?

We know the pandemic has dramatically changed the way we work. But how will it kickstart new ways of working in the New Year? 

We don’t have a crystal ball – although it’s definitely on our Christmas list! So, instead, we ran a survey asking HR professionals, people managers and comms experts around the globe to share their predictions for 2022. And particularly for those all-important first 100 days.

How can you kickstart new ways of working in the New Year?  

  • Flexible ways of working 

Surprise, surprise… the global shift to hybrid working is here to stay. And it means getting serious about offering flexible-working as a permanent option. We all know the saying the grass is greener, so if your employees aren’t getting the flexibility of hybrid working, it’s very likely they’ll consider moving on.
