We picked up two awards at the inaugural Employer Brand Management Awards – whoop!
We’re still in shock this morning (in a good way!) because last night ODEON & UCI Cinemas and ourselves walked away with two awards at the inaugural Employer Brand Management Awards – Best Ongoing Commitment to Employer Brand, and the Grand Prix!
The awards recognises ODEON & UCI’s ongoing commitment to employer brand, working tirelessly over the past two years to completely transform every single touchpoint of their colleagues’ journey with the company.
We’re proud to have played our part, working in partnership with ODEON & UCI to define, design and deliver their employer brand through projects including new reward and recognition programmes, careers websites, brand ambassador initiatives and vision and values campaigns. And that’s just for starters!

We’re particularly proud of the Grand Prix, the final award of the evening. This award couldn’t be entered, but instead was chosen by the judges out of all of the award entries across every category.
