Thinking differently about staff surveys

We know engagement surveys can be a powerful tool in our IC toolkit, but how can we keep them fresh and centred around the employee rather than the employer?

Staff surveys can often be seen as formulaic and undervalued by employees who don’t see the benefits of completing them and managers who only pay attention in the few weeks before they are distributed.
