The team at Synergy recently decided it was time to put our own vision and values together to collectively agree our direction and share with everyone what we stand for.
So, our ‘V&V Team’ whisked everyone away to a secret location for a Vision and Values workshop. The chosen location was the fantastic Milk Thistle cocktail bar in Bristol, a weird and wonderful setting to get everyone’s creative juices flowing!
The day kicked off with a presentation of everyone’s ‘homework’ sheets, where each person had to answer questions about the company using only the power of sketch. The ideas that came out were great – extremely insightful and, more often than not, a good laugh as we admired the fantastic drawings from studio, right down to the stick men from client services!
After further group activities, we honed down the direction we’d like to take, and style we feel is right for Synergy. All of this will feed into our creative and copy brief to form a vision and values that’s unique to Synergy and we’ve all played a part in creating. The workshop rounded off with the hugely talented Mixologist creating each of us a personalised cocktail using ingredients based on 3 ‘buzzwords’ from 12 we supplied describing Synergy Creative.
The results were a rainbow-coloured array of drinks, topped off with a final ‘Synergy’ group cocktail made from ingredients based on the buzzwords ‘creative’, ‘forward-thinking’… and ‘pink’ of course! To see more of the photos visit Our Facebook page
