Synergy shortlisted for two CIPD Awards

Guess what? We’ve been shortlisted for two CIPD Awards, including best HR consultancy!

Our knowledge and passion for  internal communications and employee engagement  seems to have gone down well, as we’ve also been shortlisted for Best Employee Engagement Initiative, in partnership with our wonderful client ODEON & UCI Cinemas.

We’ll leave our director Gemma to say a little more!

“The award nominations recognise the on-going work that we’ve been doing with ODEON & UCI on their global employer brand – they’re so incredibly passionate about helping their employees have the best possible experience with their company. ODEON is a pleasure to work with and definitely set the bar for others when it comes to employee engagement.

“The shortlist announcement follows a few other recent award wins and accolades, which saw us claim the top spot on the Drum Design Census and become the only Bristol agency to be listed on the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) Top 100 Agencies.

“We celebrate our 10th anniversary as a business this year, so these awards and the CIPD Best HR Consultancy nomination couldn’t come at a better time as we look to recognise everything that the team has achieved over the years. We’ve got our fingers crossed for the awards evening!”
