Synergy Scoops Best Internal Comms Campaign Award

We’re going to need a bigger awards cabinet…

That’s right, it’s official. We’re chuffed to bits to have won The BOC Brilliance award for Best Internal Communications Campaign! We picked up the gong on the back of our work with ODEON Cinemas Group for our work on their 2016 Vision and Values campaign.   The award ceremony was held in London as part of BOC’s Internal Comms Conference ,where we heard from the likes of HSBC, KPMG and the BBC (that’s a lot of acronyms!) about how they’re using new technologies, tools and techniques to improve their internal communications and employee engagement. Look out for the notes from the conference on our IC Hub very soon.   ODEON’s Vision and Values campaigns show their on-going commitment to acknowledging, rewarding and developing their people across Europe, that’s why we love working with them.
