Synergy nominated for IoIC Awards

We’ve been nominated not once, but twice in this year’s IoIC Awards.

Some good news to end the week on.

We’re nominated by the Institute of Internal Communication in both the best change campaign and best overall campaign categories for our work with Argos on their Be The Big Difference campaign. We helped Argos to define the employee engagement proposition and understand how to connect with their customer management centre colleagues, empowering them individually and collectively to ‘Be The Big Difference’.

We’re no strangers to the IoIC Awards of course, last year we picked up the gong for best agency. Fingers crossed for the win when the awards are handed out in London on the 29th of September.
