We’re absolutely thrilled to be working with Simplyhealth as their strategic employer brand partner and helping them articulate their employee promise.
What a great way to end the year! We’re chuffed to be working with Simplyhealth on crafting their employer brand strategy, creative execution and embedding the employer brand throughout their business. We can’t wait to get started.
Here’s the press release in full:
Simplyhealth has appointed Synergy Creative as its strategic employer brand agency following a competitive pitch.
Synergy will be responsible for defining, creating and launching a compelling employer brand for the health plan provider, to increase brand awareness, position Simplyhealth as an employer of choice and articulate their employee promise. The appointment follows significant investment by Simplyhealth in its approach to employee performance, reward and benefits, and forms part of its strategic goal to be the leading choice in everyday health.
Julie Pugh, Head of Talent Acquisition at Simplyhealth said: “With the recent investment in our brand and strategy, we’ve got lots of great reasons to join and stay with Simplyhealth. We know if we help our people make the most of life, they’ll do the same for our customers.
“We needed a partner that could help us translate our employee promise across the entire employee lifecycle, and help us attract, retain and reward the best talent. Not only did we love how quickly Synergy understood us and our goals, but their creative development was excellent too.”
Nicky Clark, Strategy Director at Synergy Creative said: “We’re really excited to be working with Simplyhealth. It’s a brand with over 140 years of heritage, and one that believes in the need for recruiting and retaining top talent to help them achieve their grand plans. We’re thrilled to be working alongside them to create memorable moments for employees and help them write the next chapter in their story.”
