What a week! We’ve been celebrating non-stop this week as we’ve found out that we’ve been shortlisted for a grand total of FIVE awards at the CIPR Pride Awards, the IoIC Awards and the Personnel Today Awards.
Here’s a little run down of each.
IoIC Awards – Best Use of Integrated Media, BNP Paribas #BehindtheBrand Campaign
This was a truly innovative campaign for global banking brand BNP Paribas, which used digital, experiential, gamification and environmental design to bring their external brand to life for their employees. Personnel Today Awards – Best Employer Brand, ODEON & UCI Cinemas
We’ve been working with ODEON for the past two years, helping the organisation define its employer brand and roll it out across every touch point of the employee journey. With 10,500 employees in seven countries it’s no easy task – but it’s been a lot of fun, and resulted in some outstanding increases in employee engagement. ODEON’s HR Team is also up for HR Team of the Year – a well deserved recognition and we’ve definitely got our fingers crossed that they walk away with the gong at November’s ceremony.
CIPR Pride Award – Corporate Communications Campaign, Aviva Financial Results, Internal Communications Campaign, ODEON & UCI Employer Brand and Integrated campaign, ODEON & UCI Employer Brand
It’s great to see ODEON recognised again for their fantastic commitment to improving their employee experience. Aviva’s Half Year Financial Results campaign completely overhauled how the company communicated its financial results and saw some incredible results including 94% of employees having meaningful conversations about the results. Here’s hoping we win at the awards on 25th November 2016 in Bristol, but until then, check out the full case study here.
