Setting the benchmark

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has been working on a rolling six-monthly study on how marketers are using social media and what they are investing in.

The latest results make really interesting reading and show which platforms businesses are preferring, investing in and getting value from.

It’s worth taking a look at and also revisiting in September when the next section is released focusing on mobile testing, learning and experimentation, internal policies, boundaries and crisis management,  culture and managing change plus key challenges for 2013.
