Say hello to our new team members

We’re excited to announce that we’ve welcomed not one, not two, not three…but four new members to our team!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve welcomed not one, not two, not three…but four new members to our team!

We had the welcome cakes at the ready to say hello to our new marketing manager Brooke Nolan, senior designer Neil Bartlett, account manager Neneh Pepperell and account director Gary Walder.

The extra hands on deck are certainly needed following a host of new client wins and being placed eighth on The Drum magazine and Recommended Agency Register’s (RAR) list of fastest growing and most well respected independent agencies outside of London.

Gemma McGrattan, Synergy’s director, says: “This financial year we have grown at an unprecedented rate, increasing our turnover by 30 per cent through new business wins and growing loyal clients.

“Since we were established in 2006, we have carved a prominent niche for ourselves in the employer branding sector as companies realise the importance of engaged employees in the delivery of excellent customer experience.

“We’re delighted to welcome our new team members, to both the creative studio and account management teams, at what marks a very exciting time for the agency.”
