From strategy, to action, to impact, we unleash the power of your people to drive…
On Tuesday 19th June, we’ll be discussing why internal communicators should be taking a consumer approach.
We have a limited number of spaces available for this event which takes place from 3pm – 6pm in Covent Garden. It’s going to be a fascinating look into how people’s approach to content is changing and why internal comms needs to stay ahead of the curve.

Step away from the dark ages: Taking a consumer-style approach to internal communications
It’s no secret that competition for people’s attention is fierce. We are exposed to more content every day than ever before, attention spans are short and standing out is becoming increasingly difficult.
Yet new publishers like Buzzfeed have not only captured people’s attention, they have grown loyal and engaged audiences. How? By giving people content that is easy to reach, easy to consume and easy to share.
At this exclusive roundtable we will be exploring how and why organisations should take a consumer-driven approach to internal communications, potential barriers to adoption and what the future looks like.
We’ll discuss:
- How do your employees want to receive information? Digital, apps, mobile optimisation, usability of platforms and the challenges organisations face in their integration.
- How are you communicating to employees? Video, listicles, infographics, GIFS and Top 10s rule the content world, so why is internal comms so far behind? What can be done to change this? Should we change?
Zoe Walters, Commercial Director at software house Pugpig, and Gemma McGrattan, Director at internal communications agency Synergy Creative will facilitate the roundtable.
