Discover how we helped Vodafone bring its new ‘My Vodafone’ app to life for employees, empowering them to promote it to customers, friends, and families.
Vodafone’s ‘My Vodafone’ is one of the leading mobile apps of its kind, giving customers instant access to their account information.
With a new version about to launch – with lots of additional functionality – Vodafone wanted to encourage its employees to download it, try it for themselves and spread the word to colleagues, customers, friends and families.
Synergy worked with Vodafone to come up with an illustration-based concept across a poster campaign, experiential events and video animation. The campaign educated employees on the app’s benefits and encouraged them to ‘Try and Tell’.
The poster campaign was rolled out across all of Vodafone’s call centres, stores,and offices, reaching all employees. On the company ‘Digital Day’, part of Vodafone’s annual Customer Experience Week, hundreds of staff visited pop up installations to learn more.
