There was jubilation throughout the office this week as our ODEON & UCI Cinemas Vision & Values campaign picked up its second industry award…winning Best Employee Engagement Campaign at the glamorous CorpComms Awards.
The accolade celebrates the launch of ODEON’s new vision and values to 9,000 employees through a creative, 12-week engagement programme. The campaign was a huge success, with an OHI Pulse Survey showing a 25% increase in engagement – the third biggest OHI increase of any company in OHI scores history.

We are super excited for the win, especially as it’s the second gong the campaign has picked up. Earlier this year, we won Best Design for Integrated Media at the IoIC Awards.
