New Year’s resolutions – employee goals

New year, new enthusiasm…

So many employees come back to work after the break looking for a fresh challenge so it’s always a good time as a manager to chat about what’s exciting for the team in the year ahead.

Employee performance reviews

Usually performance reviews or objective setting happens at the start of a company’s financial year but good practice is to have ongoing performance conversations throughout the year so you stay in touch with what employees really want to achieve personally.

It’s good internal communications and good management. And of course, link those conversations  to the company goals and strategy and you’ve got something powerful.
