We’re thrilled to announce that one of our clients, NatWest Group, has bagged not just one but TWO Inspiring Workplace Awards 2021 and an ICE award for best commitment to internal communications.
Inspiring innovation
NWG won a gold award in the ‘Inspiring Innovation’ category, for a virtual reality game called Mission Possible. This exciting, fully interactive VR experience successfully turned regulatory changes – a traditionally dry subject – into an exciting training game for NWG’s 28k customer-facing employees. It was a project we all loved working on, so we’re delighted to hear the judges were impressed. NatWest also picked up Most Inspiring Workplace for a range
the Inspiring Workplace Awards – Gold for Most Inspiring Innovation for NatWest Mission Possible VR game and Silver for Most Inspiring Workplace with NatWest again – for Mission Possible VR, Advert in a box (create your own ad) in prep for their external campaign and Money Talk for Workplace.
The second award was a silver in the ‘Most Inspiring Workplace’ category for a winning combination of:
- The Mission Possible VR game
- An Advert in a box campaign (where employees created their own ads)
- The creation of a new employee vlogging channel
- A business-wide strategy event

NWG also picked up silver at the ICE awards earlier this week in the “Best Ongoing Commitment to IC” category.
