Mercer Global Insights on employee engagement

This is a fascinating report following Mercer’s research of 30,000 employee views globally.

The conclusion is that employee engagement is a real challenge worldwide and employers must therefore really look at their employee value proposition. Interestingly for Europe, the youngest age group of 16-24 have high levels of commitment but as a population are considering leaving their employer.
