Lush uses gamification for staff training

2,000 Lush Cosmetic employees have undertaken exciting, interactive training based on gamification. The training takes the form of an interactive story, is fast paced and has a quiz at the end to test understanding. The game is called Lush Quests and rewards employees for their progress. We love it!
