Attracting the best nursing talent through a Facebook social media campaign.
With a national shortage of nurses, Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) wanted to up its game when it came to recruitment and attract the best nursing talent to come and work with them.
Coinciding with new bi-monthly recruitment events, NUH tasked Synergy with designing the concept for a Facebook recruitment campaign that would create buzz and drive applications. It needed to reflect what it was truly like to work at NUH and the unique environment and offering that set it apart from other trusts.
The chosen concept was ‘You’ll fit right in’, featuring photography of real employees sharing why they loved their jobs, and what makes NUH so special.
Synergy delivered a toolkit of assets and creative content ideas to NUH to adapt and share throughout the course of the campaign. NUH used these assets throughout the campaign, adapting for different social posts, which drove views, shares, downloads, and applications.
