Engaging employees in Olswang’s strategy and values

Synergy helped international law firm to creatively engage employees in its strategy, values and priorities

What we did

We used an insight driven approach, including internal survey and interviews with the CEO and senior leadership team, to deliver creative, engaging strategy communications. Alongside this we helped develop an internal comms strategy and new design style to create impact and engage employees firm-wide.

Creating impact

300% increase in weekly newsletter opens following new IC launch.

“I really like the articulation of our values as a business, and I have been keen to get this process going for some time. Good luck with the campaign – it starts with the partners taking these values to heart and living them” CEO

“It was an exciting and strategic project to work on with Synergy. The impact was felt across the whole organisation” BD Director

“I thought the video was really excellent. It demonstrated the values we are striving to embed and is a really excellent start to the process” Partner

“The collateral went down really well in Singapore, very well done” Sector Head
