Engaging Arval employees with their new strategy

Synergy ran a ten-month campaign to bring a new ‘5 keys’ strategy to life at the UK’s leading fleet and fuel management company

What we did

We worked in partnership with Arval’s leaders to communicate their ‘5 Keys to Success’ business strategy. It was vital to engage employees and keep them engaged so we developed an umbrella concept of Togetherness and planned a 10-month communications campaign. We used a range of activities and communication methods to embed the new direction, share knowledge and help employees understand what the strategy meant to them.

To keep energy levels high, we also planned and delivered two experiential off-site events for over 700 Arval employees. The events included TV-style sets, stage dressing, audience interaction, video and celebrity hosts.
