Effective Internal Communication

by Lyn Smith in partnership with CIPR

This book is on the CIM reading list for their Internal Communications course and is a good introduction if you are new to the subject or looking to get a general understanding.

It’s produced by the CIPR so it’s British orientated but draws on global experience. It’s also useful for looking at the theory of communications, your audience, managing and outsourcing internal comms and practical application to name just a few of the aspects covered.
