Synergy scoops internal comms innovation award with ODEON Cinemas Group.
We’re thrilled to announce that we scooped the award for ‘most innovative approach to an internal communication challenge’ at the CIPR #insidestory awards for our work with ODEON Cinemas Group on their Vision and Values campaign.
The #insidestory awards, held at London Zoo, reward best practice in internal communication and this gong recognises ODEON Cinemas Group’s ongoing commitment to providing an incredible experience for every colleague and creating an industry-leading employer brand.
We’re proud to have played a part, working in partnership with ODEON to define, design and deliver a series of innovative initiatives over the past year including new reward and recognition programmes, a host personal development scheme and a shiny new careers website.
