Bake Off is back

Synergy’s Bake Off has become a thing of legend. Each one of our Synergy team receive a different theme….the rest is up to them. The competition is fierce, the talent is unbelievable…and we get to eat cake every Monday for nearly four months.

But which would you pick as the winner?

Time for Tennis

Sophie ‘served’ up a treat during Wimbledon with her ornate Tennis Court Cake. Great attention to detail and we have to say we ‘loved’ it. But will she ‘net’ the prize?

Somewhere over the rainbow

Zoe G’s rainbow sprinkled cupcakes certainly made us want to follow the yellow brick road.

Sweet stuff

Gemma M certainly took this theme to heart with a cake that left the office buzzing for hours! Sugary, sweet, multi-coloured delight with some of the best icing we’ve tasted.

Treasure Island

Emma brought to life the famous story of Treasure Island with a stunning iced sponge cake. But will she win the treasure? Only time will tell.

Savoury and sweet treats

Perfect with our afternoon Monday cuppa, Gemma J’s date and walnut loaf was so good….she made it twice.

Not what it seems

Top marks for effort goes to Liz for this epic cake, which certainly caused a few double takes in the office. Chicken or cake? Profiteroles or roast potatoes? All we know is it tasted great.

Cheesier than Paul Hollywood

Possibly the largest baked cheesecake we’ve ever seen? A slice of salted caramel heaven from Neneh.

Once Upon a Time

Laureline managed to combine not one, but two fairytales in one with these stunning cinnamon cup cakes with hidden spiced apple filling. Little Red Riding Hood and Sleeping Beauty, eat your hearts out.

But it’s not over yet!

Our bake off continues into December, where we’ll be unveiling the winner.

Maybe we’ll celebrate with some cake?
