We were really excited when ITG’s iServe team first talked to us about launching a customer app. More than 90 of the top 100 global brands have launched at least one app and, according to a marketing survey, 34% of marketers plan on launching one this year.
So why all the excitement?
Because apps are starting to get the kinds of results that traditional advertising can only dream of. Research tells us that more than 50% of customers who regularly use a branded app are more interested in buying from that company. That’s impressive. What’s more, customers actually want to use them; they fill a need.

It’s been designed to support customer relationships and achieve joint business goals. The app is now being piloted and we’ve been working with the iServe team to get all the comms ready for launch.
