Aon Hewitt Benefit Communications Survey 2013

A very interesting research report from Aon Hewitt after they collected responses from 290 companies in 18 countries looking at the trends of benefit communications.

Interesting highlights include only 37% of respondents communicate benefits just once a year, through communication 44% wish to strengthen the social dialogue. 47% still believe that printed materials offer great value to employees. A really good insight into the trends across the world.
