8 nominations for Synergy in the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards

We're delighted to have been nominated for 8 awards for our work with RBS and Sovereign!

Hot on the heels of our recent Employer Brand Management Award wins, we’re thrilled to say we’ve been nominated for 8 (EIGHT) new pieces of silverware in the inaugural Internal Communications and Engagement Awards.

For our work with RBS on their ’10 years on’ campaign we’re nominated in the following categories:

  • Best Communication of Change or Business Transformation
  • Best Use of Storytelling
  • Best Internal Communications in a Crisis

And along with Sovereign Housing Association for their organisational transformation programme, we’re up for:

  • Best Use of Storytelling
  • Best Innovation
  • Best Use of Mobile or Apps
  • Best Use of Video and Animation
  • Best Communication of Change or Business Transformation

Word on the street is that the judging was pretty thorough, so to be nominated for this many awards is a great achievement for us and our clients. The awards ceremony will take place in London on May 13th and the night rewards and inspires teams who are truly passionate about internal communications and employee engagement.

We’ll be keeping everything crossed for some big wins on the night! If you want to hear more about the campaigns or what it takes to create an award-winning employee engagement programme, get in touch – we’d love to chat.
