The Engage Awards nominations were announced this week and we were chuffed to see RBS and Sovereign Housing Association make an appearance on the shortlist!
The Engage Awards celebrate a global spread of organisations and the brilliant work they are doing for customer and employee engagement. And word on the street is that not only was competition tough this year, they also had a record-breaking number of entries too! So to have been nominated for 4 of these awards is a real achievement.
RBS‘s Action! campaign, which encouraged employees to make their own adverts to drum up excitement for the launch of an external ad, has been nominated for:
- Best Use of Innovation in Employee Engagement
And a special well done to the RBS Personal Banking Internal Communications team for their nomination for Best Engagement Team!
Sovereign Housing Association have received two nominations for their organisational transformation programme too. They’re nominated in the following categories:
- Best Use of Technology in Employee Engagement
- Best Use of Innovation in Employee Engagement
