We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our thriving project management team in the heart of our Bristol agency. You’ll be an experienced senior project professional used to running, motivating and inspiring a team of Project Managers and delivering complex marketing projects in a creative agency setting.

Requirements
This is a client-facing role where you’ll work alongside the Head of Project Management on forward planning, scoping and pricing, commercials and of course delivery across multiple projects for both global and local clients. Your role is a crucial and senior one within our business, after all, you’re fundamental to us being able to deliver the best possible work and the smooth-running of our team. No pressure then!
What we want to see (AKA: The bullet points)
- Experience leading a variety of complex marketing projects across multiple comms channels, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, applied throughout the delivery of marketing project lifecycles
- Clear ability to develop robust project timing plans
- Experience in successfully managing and balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to assess project risk on an ongoing basis, escalating issues as needed
- The discipline to see projects to completion by keeping the team both on track and highly motivated
- Focus on project quality assurance – checking outputted deliverables against scope
- Demonstrable ability to fulfil all allotted tasks quickly, efficiently and to the highest possible standard
- Ability to listen carefully to client and creative requests and report them accurately
- Budget responsibility – monitor all internal and external costs for assigned projects
