Requirements

You’ll be a safe pair of hands, organised with an eye for detail and meticulous organisation skills. Working alongside Senior Project Managers you’ll have responsibility for your own smaller projects as well as supporting the team on bigger projects. You’ll work closely with our creatives, liaising with suppliers and being the go to person for support across the team, giving you the opportunity to learn quickly and gain experience across all aspects of project management and delivery. Your role is a crucial one for our business, after all, you’re fundamental to us being able to deliver the best possible work and the smooth-running of our team. No pressure then!

What we want to see (AKA: The bullet points)

  • Experience in assisting Senior Project Managers in running a variety of marketing projects,preferably I n a fast-paced agency environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, applied throughout the delivery of marketing project lifecycles
  • Experience in developing project timing plans
  • Experience in successfully managing and balancing the requirements of multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to assess project risk on an ongoing basis, escalating issues as needed
  • The discipline to see projects to completion by keeping the team on track with timelines
  • Focus on project quality assurance – checking outputted deliverables against scope
  • Demonstrable ability to fulfil all allotted tasks quickly, efficiently and to the highest possible standards
  • Ability to listen carefully to client and creative requests and report them accurately
  • Budget responsibility – monitor all internal and external costs for assigned projects
