We’re looking for a designer with a portfolio brimming with fresh campaign ideas and with experience in all media.
You’ll have established design skills – motion and digital ability would be a plus. But you may also be that strong, skilled ‘crafty designer’ that brings something else entirely.

And you can also help us continue our fantastic run of pitch successes. You’ll team up with brilliant copywriters, and also have projects to work on independently, and develop your ideas through to execution.

As our new Designer, you’ll…
- Create original solutions to briefs across all media, particularly digital.
- Get to define the visual language of new campaigns and enhance existing ones.
- Use design to increase the clarity and ease with which information is shared.
- Produce design work to a high standard in every stage of a project.
- Develop creative that brings “work” to life for employees across all channels.
- Have an ability to articulately explain and constructively defend your ideas.
- Have the experience to produce creative campaigns that really stand out and make a difference in how people perceive their roles and experience at work.
Whilst not essential, if you’ve got any Employee Engagement category experience it’d obviously be a huge plus (but, again, it’s not essential).
