The Creative Services Manager role is responsible for managing and planning all work through the creative / Design department ensuring open communication between creative, account management, project management and digital that leads to creative delivery on time and on budget.

Partnering with Creative teams, Account/Project Management, Studio and Digital, you will ensure work is allocated accordingly, managing creative schedules to deliver outputs that meet client expectations, agency standards and budget requirements. Your expertise in operational and time management will play a key role in coordinating all creative meetings from WIPs to presentations or pre-productions.

What we want to see
  • Process time requests for creative, book jobs on board and record in the planner
  • Compile and send out the brief chase for creative and broadcast
  • Police the midday brief submission deadline
  • Attend allocated WIP meetings
  • Attend and drive resource catch ups
  • Manage all aspects of creative, design and artworker freelancers (bookings and administration)
  • Attend and run Creative Services departmental weekly meetings
  • Prepare timely analysis of time and utilisation reports – identify instance of under-utilisation, identify the root cause and pro-actively take steps to address the issue
  • Sense check creative brief time requests against estimates
  • Act as a gate keeper to spot early instances of scope creep and challenge account management teams on whether they have negotiated overruns with clients
