Engaging Employees – Optimising Performance Conference Notes

We joined hundreds of engagement professionals at the popular Engaging Employees – Optimising Performance conference in London. Here’s a quick round-up of our seven key takeaways from the event.

We were thoroughly inspired after popping along to this year’s Engaging Employees conference. With a focus on engaging employees to optimise performance, we heard from a host of speakers, including the Morrisons, B&Q, Age UK and Save the Children.

We were impressed by the broad range of topics including; reaching remote workers, embedding new values, managing internal social channels and the ROI of internal comms.
