Purpose. That was the key theme of this year’s Engage Employee Conference, we were on hand to find out how brands big, small, B2B and B2C are focusing on their ‘why’.
The Engage Employee Conf is undoubtedly one of the better internal comms and employee engagement conferences. This year the conference was split into two tracks:
- The fast-changing face of internal communications
- The revolution in how and where we work
With a packed schedule, there was plenty to cover. And with a mix of brands like Tate & Lyle, Merlin Entertainment, Nationwide, Tarmac and the NHS there, we knew this year’s conference would provide us with lots of interesting employee engagement challenges, insight and inspirations.
