Time to put your people first

As we move into what we hope is a short recession, employer brands which are famous for great work culture and putting their employees first, even above their customers, will gain a competitive advantage and unlock hidden value. In the words of Maya Angelou, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

2023 continues to be all about your people.
